Every year it happens and this one was no exception! Each year we have a new President and June sees the changeover from the old to the new! This is nothing to do with age, just custom!

After a very successful year and half (following the sad loss of President Sue Deyes and therefore an early need to take up the post), President Roger Parsley has handed over the helm to new President Ken Berry at a combined club event with Inner Wheel at the Portsmouth Golf Club, our club’s ‘home’.

It gave Roger a chance to thank the club for their support, for Ken to tell the gathering how he saw his year unfolding, and also for Inner Wheel’s new President Joan Reynolds to say a few words too.

Food, flowers and fellowship – that’s a changeover night!
