Kids Out again at Paultons Park

Two thousand eight hundred children, their teachers, carers and Rotarians were once again out in force to enjoy Kids Out at Paultons Park near Ower on Wednesday 10th June.
Every year Rotarians organise this day out for special needs children and the smiles and laughter (and even screams) ring out loud across the park and a great time is had by all!

Waterlooville Rotarians with Becky Collins and the ASDA Mini Bus

Waterlooville Rotary Club arranged for three schools to go on this trip, Rachel Madocks, Waterloo and Riverside and with the help of ASDA Havant and their Community Champion Rebecca Collins, we had a mini bus to provide some of the transport requirements.

This is a national event with clubs taking part across the country and really brings home the benefits that local Rotary Clubs can achieve in their community.

A big thank you to everyone who came along to make the day special, the Paultons Park staff for their patience and understanding and to the Rotary organisers across the region who always make it work so well and Becky with her bus from ASDA Havant!
Roll on next year!
