Santa’s Rotary Helpers

Sadly we are not able to bring Santa on his sleigh pulled by Ruddolf the Big Red Tractor round the streets of Waterlooville this year, nor collect for our local charities outside our regular supermarket in Horndean. The latter collection resulted from a change in the supermarket’s covid protocols.

Both of these activities could lead to unsafe contact and put families at risk in the current pandemic climate. This is something we would not wish to do.

We were collecting for Hannah’s Holiday Homes, a local charity which gives holidays to families with children suffering life changing illness. We will continue to support this charity as soon as we are able to restart our comunity work.

In the meantime, may we wish everyone a Merry and Safe Christmas.
